Real Voice Foundation, under the leadership of President S. M. Fanus and Secretary Mehndi Ali, has been actively working for the dignity, inclusion, and welfare of the transgender (Kinner) community for several years. Through initiatives such as the annual Kinner Day celebrations and various social awareness campaigns, the Foundation continues to promote equal rights and opportunities for transgender individuals.
Recognizing the many challenges faced by the community—including lack of access to education, housing, employment, financial support, skill development, legal assistance, and awareness of government welfare schemes—Real Voice Foundation has joined hands with Sisterhood Community to strengthen support for those in need.
The initiative is led by Founder Eesha Agrawal, along with Dr. Rajesh Srivastava and social activist Archana Mohan Sharma, who are committed to creating opportunities for empowerment and social inclusion.
As part of this mission, a Kinner Community Interaction & Awareness Program will be held on Sunday, 26 July 2026, at 12:30 PM at Bandra Hindu Association, Linking Road, Bandra West, Mumbai.
The program is expected to bring together 20 to 50 members of the transgender community. It will provide a platform for participants to share their experiences and challenges while connecting them with guidance on education, skill development, self-employment, legal aid, financial support, and government welfare schemes.
The organizers believe that meaningful dialogue, community participation, and collaborative action can help build a more inclusive society where transgender individuals receive the dignity, respect, and equal opportunities they deserve.
Citizens, social organizations, professionals, and supporters are invited to participate and contribute to this important initiative toward equality and social justice.
